The Cost of Coping ↓
You've built a life that looks good on paper. But if it only works because you're holding it all together... that's not living. That's coping.
You wake up tired, run on coffee and adrenaline all day, then lie awake at 11pm writing tomorrow's to-do list.
You say yes when you mean no, then replay it for hours.
You're stretched between work, kids, your partner and everyone who needs you, and there's nothing left for you.
You're scared that if you stop holding it together, everything you've built will fall apart.
Most capable women don't burn out because they're weak.
They burn out because they've been coping for so long, it looks like who they are.
They're trying to fix exhaustion with more rest...
They're trying to fix people pleasing with boundary scripts...
They're trying to fix old patterns with more learning and insight...
And then they wonder why nothing changes.
The answer isn't more knowing. It's meeting the parts of you that have been holding it all together, in your body, where the pattern actually lives.
That's what we'll explore inside The Cost of Coping.
In this free masterclass, you'll learn:
The holding pattern. Why understanding your patterns hasn't changed them, and what's really keeping capable women circling their own lives.
The real cost of coping. What it's quietly taking from your body, your relationships and your sense of who you are.
Why this was never your fault. How the culture we live in rewards women for over-functioning, people pleasing and pushing through, and why the problem is bigger than you.
An introduction to parts work, my way. A plain-language way to understand the different parts of you that have been running the show, and why fighting them never works.
The embodied healing roadmap. What actually needs to happen for change to land in your body, not just your head.
You're the strong one, the reliable one, the one everyone calls, and nobody really checks on you.
You've done some therapy, read books or have done self-development, and you understand yourself really well. It just hasn't changed how you live.
You're tired in a way sleep doesn't fix.
You feel guilty the second you put yourself first.
Your life looks good from the outside, and you feel strangely far away from it.
You're curious about working with your body and the different parts of you, even if you have no idea what that looks like yet.
This is for you if...
Hi, I'm Kathryn.
I'm a therapist, and I know this pattern from the inside.
For years I could explain my own patterns beautifully. I was meditating 40 minutes a day and spending the other 23 hours in survival. Understanding it all was a great first step, but it didn't result in the transformation I was seeking.
What finally shifted things wasn't more insight. It was going into the body, and getting to know the parts of me that had been working so hard to keep me safe.
That's the work I do now with capable, high-functioning women: helping what you know in your head finally become how you live.
