The Passage

A retreat-style 1:1 experience for women ready to stop circling the same patterns and actually feel the shift.

This is for you if…

You understand yourself. You just don’t feel free yet.

You're emotionally aware and you've done real work on yourself. But something is still lingering, something that talking about hasn't fully touched.

Maybe you're carrying something heavy and you're ready to move through it rather than keep managing it. Maybe you're in the middle of a transition, grief, motherhood, a career shift, an identity that no longer fits and you want to meet it from a grounded place. Maybe you've had glimpses of what it feels like to be led by your true Self and you want to go deeper into that, with real time and real space to let it land.

Or maybe you simply can't sustain weekly sessions right now. Your life is full. You hold space for others, you lead, you parent and what you need is something concentrated that actually moves the needle.

This is also for the woman who is done with surface-level healing. Who knows there's a depth available to her and is ready to stop circling it from the outside.

  • "A passage is not a solution. It is a crossing. You do not come out the other side having fixed anything. You come out having met yourself so fully that what was running you no longer can."

    — Kathryn Grace

Why the Passage Intensive?

Most therapeutic and coaching spaces are short and segmented and 50 minute to hour sessions are the norm. And while that has its place, sometimes what your system really needs is time to stay in the process without the clock cutting you off just as something tender begins to move

In the Passage , we don't have to rush or manage the depth to fit the hour. We get to keep going, following the thread wherever it leads, staying with what's arising until it actually completes.

There's something about extended, uninterrupted time that weekly sessions simply can't replicate. Your nervous system settles. Your parts learn to trust the space. What might take months can move in a single day because your system finally has the room to breathe

If you've ever been on a retreat and felt that particular quality of permission to actually arrive somewhere, that's the closest thing to what this feels like.

What to expect when we work together

  • We start with a free 30-minute conversation, a chance to get a feel for each other, talk through what you're carrying, and make sure this is the right fit. If it is, we'll talk through timing and next steps.

  • Before we meet, you'll receive a detailed intake form. This is where you share your story, your patterns, what you're hoping to shift. It means our time together starts from a place of depth rather than catching up.

  • We meet for 90 minutes, one to three weeks before your intensive day. We review your intake, align on what we're working with, and begin. Often this session opens things up in ways that set the tone for everything that follows.

  • A full day together, six hours, with breaks woven in. Held over one full day or two consecutive half days, whichever suits your system. This is the heart of the work. Unhurried, uninterrupted, and entirely yours.

You'll also receive a pre-recorded embodiment session, a therapeutic yin yoga practice and guided meditation to support your processing before, during or after the Passage.

  • We meet again for 90 minutes, one to three weeks after your intensive. This is where we look at what moved, what's settling, and how to bring it into your actual life. Integration is part of the work, not an afterthought.

Hi, I’m Kathryn

For most of my life, people described me as calm.

I was never calm. I was just very, very good at managing the surface while my inner world felt like a minefield. Highly functioning, exhausted, surrounded by people and somehow belonging nowhere. I could mould myself into almost any room, any relationship, any version of who seemed to be needed, and I did, for years.

A personality test once called me "agreeable." It haunted me. Because agreeable was the furthest thing from what I actually felt inside, it was just what happened when I stopped trusting that who I actually was would be enough.

The gap between how I appeared and how I felt is where I lived for a long time. Finding my way out of it is what this work is built from. And holding space for that journey in other women is the thing I feel most called to do.

FAQs

  • It's a powerful, immersive way to work with Internal Family Systems without the pressure of weekly sessions. Instead of trying to squeeze deep work into 50-minute appointments (where you're just getting to something tender before the clock runs out), intensives give us space to stay with the process. To keep going. To really land.

You're not skipping steps, you're giving yourself the gift of uninterrupted time and full presence. The healing is just as deep (often deeper), because your system finally has space to soften, integrate, and feel the shift.

You’re also supported with embodiment practices and tools to support your experience.

  • This is for you if:

    • You're feeling stuck in familiar patterns and want to feel movement now, not six months from now

    • You've been carrying something heavy, a trauma, a stressor, a recurring emotional pattern and you're ready to meet it fully

    • You're short on time but deeply committed to your healing

    • Weekly sessions feel too slow, or hard to sustain in your current season of life

If you're unsure, just reach out. A conversation is always the best place to start.

  • It can be, especially if your system is ready to go there.

In a 9-hour intensive we get the kind of depth that weekly sessions build toward slowly. More time means more momentum, more integration, more room for something real to move. It's about creating enough space for something real to shift, ideal for those looking for focused, concentrated healing.

  • Once you've booked a free consult, I'll get to know you and what you're holding right now. If we both feel it's a fit, I'll offer you upcoming dates.

Before we meet, I'll send you a short pre-session workbook so I can really situate myself in your inner world and tailor our time to you. This isn't cookie-cutter. It's custom, personal, and deeply attuned.

    • Step 1: Book a free 30-minute consult

    • Step 2:We'll connect on Zoom and explore whether this format feels like a good fit

    • Step 3: If yes, I'll share available dates and next steps

    • Step 4: A deposit secures your space, and I’ll send you your pre-work

You can also email hello@itskathryngrace.com with "Intensive" in the subject line.

  • IFS is an evidence-based, trauma-informed model that understands we're all made up of parts, inner protectors, exiles, and deeper aspects of Self.

Some parts push, some avoid, some perform, some spiral. IFS helps you meet each one with compassion, not shame. It's about listening, understanding, and restoring harmony from the inside out.

IFS is the umbrella I work under, however I carry experience and training from relational and somatic frameworks and wisdom traditions.

  • I do keep a small amount of space for 90-minute session packages of 3 and 6 months.

If this is you, please reach out for more details.

  • The list is wide, but here are some examples:

Emotional burnout / Self-discovery & personal growth / Long-held grief / Inner conflict & parts polarisation / Self-doubt and identity confusion / Trauma healing and integration / Relationship ruptures / Big decisions and transitions / Patterns that insight alone hasn't shifted / Self-esteem / Sex & intimacy / Anxiety / Spirituality & spiritual exploration

The work doesn't stop here.

If this page resonated, my newsletter is where I go deeper. Real conversations about healing, self-trust, and coming home to yourself.
