Hi, I’m Kathryn
Trauma Trained / Coach / Therapeutic Facilitator / Seeker of Truth / Proud Mother of Two
Hi, I’m Kathryn Grace, I guide high-functioning, self-aware women out of the exhausting loop of overthinking, self-doubt, and quiet shame and back into real connection with themselves.
I blend evidence-based psychotherapy with intuitive, embodied practices so that you can access the healing wisdom that is already inside of you.
My background as an Occupational Therapist and yoga teacher, years working in mental health, and my personal journey through IFS, yoga, and contemplative practice all shape how I hold space: Gently. Deeply and with reverence for the full spectrum of the human experience.
You are the sky. Everything else, it's just the weather.

The Invitation
You’re here because something inside you knows there’s more. More to you. More to life. More than holding it all together while quietly falling apart inside.
Maybe on paper things look fine, even successful. You’re smart, self-aware, emotionally literate. People come to you for support. You’re the one who gets it. And yet…
You often feel like you’re barely keeping up. Not just with life, but with yourself. There’s a low hum of exhaustion. A disconnection you can’t quite name. A sense that no matter how much work you’ve done, you still feel stuck in old loops, patterns you understand, but can’t seem to shift.
You’ve been surviving. Managing your feelings. Performing okay-ness. Staying functional in a world that rewards burnout and emotional suppression. But now you’re ready for something different, not just coping, but actually feeling at home in yourself.
If this is you, you’re in the right place.
I work with high-functioning, thoughtful, sensitive women who feel like they’ve done the work but are still carrying a deep internal weight.
The ones who keep second-guessing themselves, who feel like imposters in their own life, who get stuck in shame spirals, perfectionism, over-responsibility, and relational patterns that leave them over-giving and under-connected.
You’re tired of managing all the noise and ready to meet what’s underneath it.
You want space to breathe, to feel emotionally clear, to trust yourself again and to express who you really are, not who you’ve learned to be.
This is the work I do.
My Philosophy
My Philosophy
Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is the way I work.
My approach blends the science and wisdom of parts work, somatics, and spiritual insight, so you can experience transformation that’s not just insightful, but embodied and lasting.
You won’t find quick fixes here. You won’t be told to push harder, be more positive, or work on yourself like a never-ending project.
What I do hope you find, is space.
To slow down, soften and meet yourself fully
At the heart of what I do is Internal Family Systems (IFS), a powerful, compassionate model that helps you understand the different parts of you, and access the calm, clear, grounded core that’s always been there: your Self.
We work gently and deeply, meeting patterns and protectors with reverence, not resistance.
This isn’t just about understanding your story (you’ve probably done enough of that!).
It’s about actually feeling the shift in your body.
Most of us have been taught to approach healing from a very ‘doing-dominated’ healing paradigm, focused on fixing, efforting, diagnosing, and “doing to” ourselves.
But real healing often happens in the pause. In relationship ‘with’, not forcing, and in allowing, not analysing.
My work is an invitation into a different rhythm, one where your body isn’t a problem to solve, but your wisest teacher.
We move from shame-based self-improvement into deep relationship with yourself, with your pain, your power, your wholeness.
You don’t need more self-awareness. You don’t need to figure anything out.
The answers you’re seeking, the peace, clarity, confidence, and self-trust are already in your system. They always have been.
This work helps you access them.
Depending on your needs, sessions may also weave in:
Somatic & nervous system-informed practices
Attachment theory & relational healing
Trauma-sensitive mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork
Parts mapping, embodiment & self-inquiry
Yoga and gentle movement
Integration support after retreats or expanded healing experiences
Whether you're in a season of grief, burnout, transition, or transformation, this work meets you there.

The most honest thing I can tell you is this: For most of my life, I felt like I was at war with myself.
No matter how much I accomplished, no matter how much I learned, taught, healed, or helped, something inside still felt fractured.
I struggled in ways that were hard to explain. In relationships, with my body, my mind. It felt like I was always working against myself… and no matter how hard I tried to fix it, I couldn’t outrun the feeling that something was “wrong” with me.
I kept trying. More tools. More effort. More personal development. More perfection.
And still, I felt stuck, exhausted, disconnected, and quietly ashamed.I’ll be eternally grateful for this struggle, in that it’s lead me here. What you find on this website is the fruit.
Healing spaces and retreats to guide you through the struggle. And the peace, compassion, connection that is available to you too.
