I’m Kathryn, an Occupational Therapist, yoga and meditation teacher, and IFS practitioner guiding high-functioning, self-aware women out of the exhausting cycle of overthinking, self-doubt, and quiet shame and back into a grounded relationship with themselves. I know what it’s like to look capable on the outside while feeling at war within, to understand your patterns intellectually but still crave peace. My work blends Internal Family Systems with somatic, spiritual, and real-life practices to help you move out of constant self-management and into Self-leadership: that calm, clear, inner knowing that softens perfectionism, restores trust, and allows life to feel less like something to survive and more like something you’re truly allowed to live.
