At House of Self, we believe in root cause healing over surface-level solutions and offer profoundly compassionate and attuned spaces for women ready to move beyond ‘coping strategies’ and into true and lasting connection with themselves, their lives and what’s possible.
Our mission is simple - to guide you out of survival mode and back into relationship with the parts of you that hold your power, your truth, your wisdom and your peace.
Whether through deep therapeutic work offered in our intensives, or immersive experiences, this is where you meet the truth of who you are, not just who you’ve learned to be.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to reorient healing away from productivity, and pathologising paradigms and back toward relationship, presence, and the quiet wisdom of the body. We offer experiences that are deeply yin in nature: invitational, attuned, unrushed, and rooted in trust. This is not a quick-fix model.
We guide high-functioning, high-feeling women who have done “all the work” but still feel disconnected, burnt out, and fragmented into an experience of inner wholeness that doesn’t come from more tools or more effort… but from finally being with what’s here.
This is a different way…a new paradigm.
A living, breathing sanctuary where deep healing happens not because you tried harder or added more, but because you were willing to feel what you’ve been avoiding for so long.

Meet Kathryn
Therapist, Meditation & Yoga Teacher, IFS Practitioner
Hi, I’m Kathryn Grace, for years I’ve walked with high-functioning, self-aware women through the exhausting loop of overthinking, self-doubt, and quiet shame towards presence, clarity and real connection with themselves
My work blends evidence-based psychotherapy with intuitive, embodied practices and coaching so that you can access the healing wisdom that is already inside of you.
I carry my clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist and the grounded wisdom of mindfulness and yoga teaching as well as a personal journey through IFS (Internal Family Systems) and contemplative practice which all shape how I hold space: Gently, deeply and with reverence for the full spectrum of the human experience.
