My pricing is thoughtfully crafted to reflect:

• The depth and quality of the spaces I offer

• The years of training, embodiment, and lived experience I bring

• The spaciousness and presence required to do this work well

• The time I spend outside sessions in preparation, reflection, and integration

• My commitment to remain regulated, rested, and resourced, so I can show up at my best

I don’t price my offerings to be the cheapest, or the most expensive.
I price them in alignment with the depth of transformation they offer and the sustainability I require to continue holding this work with heart.

I honour that therapy and coaching is an investment.
And I also trust that those who are meant to work with me will feel that invitation in their body and will meet it in whatever way feels right for them.

For those navigating financial constraint, I periodically offer lower-cost spaces, community offerings, and scholarship opportunities. These are made possible by the integrity of my full-rate offerings and by clients who honour the value of this work by choosing to invest in themselves through it.
